Heather has been in the real estate industry for 15 years. Starting in rental property management, she discovered her true passion when she transitioned to community association management.

Over her tenure serving homeowner associations, she has guided HOA leaders through day-to-day operations, large scale capital improvement projects and insurance claims, governing document amendments and association dissolutions, board and association transitions. She regularly leads trainings for board members, homeowners, and fellow HOA managers. As a licensed real estate professional with her CMCA* and AMS* professional designations, she has extensive industry knowledge and demonstrates superior professionalism.
