Our Leadership

Heather Kunkle, Managing Partner

Heather has been in the real estate industry for nearly twenty years. Starting in rental property management, she discovered her true passion when she transitioned to community association management.

Over her tenure serving homeowner associations, she has guided HOA leaders through day-to-day operations, large scale capital improvement projects and insurance claims, governing document amendments and association dissolutions, board and association transitions. She regularly leads trainings for board members, homeowners, and fellow HOA managers. As a licensed real estate professional with her CMCA* and AMS* professional designations, she has extensive industry knowledge and demonstrates superior professionalism.

*CMCA® – Certified Manager of Community Associations® – The first step for a professional community manager to demonstrate the fundamental knowledge required to manage a community association.

*AMS®—Association Management Specialist® – The second level in the nationally recognized career development track for community association managers. The AMS designation demonstrates a higher level of understanding of the role of a community association manager and additional experience in the community association management profession.
